"Personalization was way off"
I was really disappointed with how the personalization turned out. The name was printed off center and looked kind of cheap, especially compared to what I saw in the preview. I expected it to look much nicer, so this really made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

"Packaging is always such a letdown"
The box showed up all smashed, which feels like what happens with packages these days most of the time. The item was there, but the packaging definitely wasn’t great

Tried placing my order. Got all the way to checkout. Then it just kept failing. No clear reason, no fix. I gave up after a few tries.

"Delivery took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from maroonandco.com the delivery experience was disappointing. The tracking barely updated, and the parcel arrived much later than I was expecting. I don’t think it’s asking too much to have clear updates and a reliable delivery window when you’ve paid for something. I had to keep checking and reaching out, which got frustrating. Not the best experience, and I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Not really what I expected"
I checked the description and photos before ordering, but the item I got didn’t really match. It looked different in person, and the sizing info seemed off too. Kind of frustrating, because I thought I knew what I was buying.

"Was hard to get a straight update"
I placed my order and then kind of felt like I was left hanging... The updates I did get were vague, so I kept having to ask what was actually going on. Replies took a while and didn’t really clear much up, which just made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.....

"Checkout was frustrating"
I had a tough time using the site. A few pages kept freezing on me, and checkout felt really confusing at first—though to be fair, I did eventually get through it. It just wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping.

I ordered from maroonandco.com and everything went smoothly enough. The item arrived fine and the quality was decent, but the price felt a little higher than what I expected for what I got.
Nothing was bad and I don’t really have any major complaints, but it didn’t feel like a great deal either. I’d probably consider buying again during a sale, but at full price, I walked away feeling like the value was just okay.

"Expected it to be in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered because the website said the item was in stock, so I assumed I was good to go. A few days later, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating because I’d already planned around getting that item.
Customer service did get back to me, and they gave me the option to choose something else or wait, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. But i expected the stock info to be more accurate, and it’s annoying when you think you’ve found what you need only to find out later you haven’t.

"I remember there not being many options"
I checked out Maroon & Co. because I was expecting a bit more variety, but from what I remember, the selection felt limited. A lot of the items looked kind of similar to each other too, so nothing really stood out to me. I ended up leaving without finding anything I actually wanted to buy.

"They sent the wrong size!!!"
I was disappointed when my order showed up... because it was the wrong size!!! Not sure what happened, but it was totally not what I ordered?? Super frustrating.

"The licensed products seemed a bit off"
I bought this thinking it was officially licensed, but it didn’t really feel authentic to me. Even my brother took one look and said it seemed kind of fake. Not super impressed.

"Still Waiting on That Refund"
I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s taking way longer than it should. I had a feeling this was going to be a hassle from the start, and so far it’s pretty much proving me right. Really frustrating experience.

My order from maroonandco.com arrived in rough shape, and one of the items was defective right out of the box. The packaging looked like it had been through a lot, which was disappointing considering the price. Now I’ve got to deal with returns and wait around for a fix. Not exactly a great first order, tbh.

"Hard to get a straight answer"
I’m not totally sure what was going on with my order, but I emailed them twice and didn’t hear back for days. When someone finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. Maybe there was more happening on their end, but from my side it was frustrating

"Not making another trip to the local store"
my visit to the Maroon & Co local store was frustrating. I stood around for way too long just trying to ask a simple question, and the staff didn’t really seem interested in helping. To make it worse, the item I went in for wasn’t even in stock, even though I’d been told it was. Maybe ordering online is a better option, but the store visit felt like a complete waste of time.

"Color was way darker than expected"
I was really excited for this dress, but when it showed up the color was so much darker than it looked in the photos that I thought maybe I’d been sent the wrong one at first, and while the dress itself wasn’t terrible, I was disappointed because I bought it based on how it looked online...

"I had a frustrating time trying..."
I had a frustrating time trying to return/exchange my order. The instructions weren’t very clear to me, and I kept having to go back and check what I was supposed to do next. Maybe I just missed something, but it definitely didn’t feel as simple as I expected.
I was hoping it would be a quick swap or refund, but it ended up being a lot of back and forth. To be fair, the product itself wasn’t the issue, and the company may be fine otherwise, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless the return steps are made a lot easier to follow

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
The item itself was fine, but the shipping really let me down. It took much longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates along the way. I kept checking the tracking page, and it just sat there for days with no real change. that was frustrating enough that I probably won’t order again.

"Wouldn’t give this as a gift"
I bought this thinking it would be nice enough to gift, but the wording made it sound a lot better than it actually is. In person, it just feels too cheap and underwhelming to give to someone. Disappointing.
